Hello, I Am Desperate To Save My Grandma's House From Greedy Fraudulent People. Grandma Remarried Years Ago, However When My Real Grandfather Passed Away, My Grandma Deeded The House To Herself, My Father And His Two Siblings. Grandma Died Last August, 1st I Believe, On Her 87th Birthday. The Man She Was Married To, Moved Out Of The House On August 25th, 2007. His Daughter Is Pushing Him To Try To Get Everything My Family Owned. Today My Father Gave The Keys To The House To His Lawyers. He Tells Me That Both Side's Attornies Tell Him He Has No Choice Because Of The Living Will Of Grandma's Husband. They Tell My Father That This Man Can Live In, Rent, Lease, Or Whatever He Chooses To Do With The House. How Can This Possibly Be? His Name Was Never, And Still Is Not, On The House. He's Not Lived In It In Over A Year And He Left On His Terms, No One Asked Or Forced Him To Leave. Please Tell Me There Is No Way This Can Be Happening. My Grandfather Built Part Of This House.

That's Really All You Can Offer? Two Sets Of Attorneys Are Saying This Man Should Have The Keys To Grandmas House. He Is Nowhere On The Deed.

I'm not an attorney but I would want a copy of this living will document they are refering to and then consult with an attorney.
