Dad's will and new wife

My dad made a will in Michigan. He left most everything to my mother. She is now deceased and he has remarried. He is a resident of Florida and has not made a new will. What will happen when he dies with his old will? Will his new wife get everything? Or his children, with his first wife?

Florida has some very specific homestead laws that protect the spouse. Your dad needs to see an attorney a draw up a new will. He also needs to do a POA, living will, etc.
