Date Clashing ?

Hello, my questions are. I'm a Mixed martial arts promoter kind of like the UFC but not that level. We have had a problem here with another promoter booking shows right under us several times now. What do I do. We can show a pattern of this guy booking shows, he has done this 3 times to different promoters 1 time to another and 2 times to me. We put up thousands of dollars for these shows, and lose thousands when he does this do I have any kind of legal action?

I'm quite into Martial Arts myself so this is of particular interest to me. What do you mean "booking shows right under us?" Who are your contracts with? Is this "guy" the owner of a venue you are renting?
