daughter has annuity..dad doesn't want to pay

My daughter has an annuity payable yearly for four years. Two years have been paid and she has two years to go. Thhis annuity does not cover all of her college tuition. My ex doesn't want to contribute more support, however he has had two promotions since the order was instituted. We have twins in college and our son is in Cornell. Am I entitled to more money?

No one can know until you file for a modification, as you were advised in your previous thread. We don't know what your support order says, and we don't know what the financials are.
