My daughter married and illegal immigrant, she has helped him on getting his papers and be legal. He has 2 children in El Salvador, which she has been going through the process legally. Their mother is said have passed, they not sure for they can't find her. They have to either show death certificate or hire a PI. The children have lived with his mother, which he has sent money every month. The children want to come be with their dad. He has taught them english language on the phone, why is it so costly to keep going on with the procedure, and they keep coming up with more reasons to collect more money. My daughter is very excited on the adoption. Yes she has 4 children not his but he is a good daddy to them. These other 2 would be well taken care of and loved
