I've created an LLC that has been running for over a year. It is a web-based business.
I'm starting to expand my core business into a couple of different web-sites. Basically, expanding my single legal entity (LLC) to operate multiple businesses without creating a new legal entity for each business.
I believe I can do this in the state of California, but I can not find the form for DBA or getting an assumed name from the secretary of state in CA.
Has anyone done this in CA? It is legal correct, if so which form do I file with the update?
