In my trust documents there is a page for listing joint property, and another for community property. What is the difference in the two?

Subject to correction by others, joint property would be property titled in both names. Community property is property titled only in your name but your spouse may have a claim to it under state law.

Have not asked him. The question arose last night while perusing some of the documents, and I posed the question on the web anticipating a quicker response.
