recently, my fiance went to the movies with our 4 month old son and while standing in line two women thought they smelled the odor of marijuana on him and called the police...they came out didnt find anything so no report was made no citation given, but the cops said that dcs would be contacting us soon.the following week while i was at work (my fiance keeps our son and i work) they paid our house a visit to do a walk through.they wanted him to submit to a urine test right then, but he refused so they said they would set up an appointment time for him to come in for a hair folicle test. the next day they also showed up at my place of work, which to me is harrassment, and besides if my boss found out it could jeoperdize my job, even though there was no wrongdoing.i know agencies like that depend on people not knowing their rights to get what they want, so what are my rights, and what can i do besides getting a lawyer to get them to leave us alone?

The fact he refused the drug test is a sign that he is hiding something. He needs to submit to a follicle test (and not shave his head). It is not harassment for DSS to show up at your job since your child is possible endanger and there seems to be a substantiated case open. If your fiancee refuses to comply, then the child could b removed from the home.
