Last week I bought new Toyota sienna from Toyota dealership (Houston). When I add this new vehicle to my insurance I realized that they sold me 2012 sienna model .I was not aware at the time purchasing I was buying 2012 sienna.I thought I was buying 2014 sienna. Can I go and return the car now ?Can I get the my money back ?Can I sue this dealership for selling old model as new one .Please advise.

If the vehicle was never owned by anyone it may well have been a new vehicle. It's age may be why you got a better price too... assuming you got a good deal.
I bet all the documents you signed clearly indicate it is a 2012 model. The dealer is unlikely to take it back.

I suggest you review your purchase contract and window sticker. You will likely find it is in fact a new vehicle. I hunt them out intentionally because of the amazing discounts you can negotiate. Though still new, most manufacturers require the dealer take constructive ownership when it has reached the end of the second years production run and give them an unbelievable reduction in price so they can move it.

Thanks for your reply. I verified the receipt and it says Year and Make is 2014 Toyota Model - Sienna.

If you actually have a discrepancy you need to start by bringing it to the dealers attention and giving them opportunity to address it.
Your VIN will help you determine exactly what year the vehicle is.
