My grandmother recently passed away. Last year we filed a survivorship warranty
deed, listing myself and my sister as the survivors. Do we need to do anything
with the deed? There are 3 properties in question. Two of them are side-by-side
properties and the other is in another county. We have received a new tax
assessment, due to owner change, from the county she lived in. If there is more
to be done, do we need a lawyer or can we handle this ourselves?

Can anyone help me with this or point me in the right direction??????????????????????

Can anyone help me with this?????????

Your question makes no sense, so let me try to ease your confusion.

First, answer these questions:

When did grandma die?

When grandma died, what EXACTLY did the deed for the property say who owned what? (Don't use real names.)

The quick and easy answer is: Go to a title insurance company and have reports run on each piece of land. But I will help so answer my questions.
