My neighbor's two bull dogs broke the fence dividing our yard and entered my yard and killed my dog. What are my legal rights?

You can file a suit in small claims court against your neighbor if you think that the amount of your loss is up to $5K. Make sure you have enough evidence to present to the magistrate since it is going to be a case where your neighbors can present their own evidence countering what you are suing them for.
