Debt collector attaching wages, after singning a contract with a debt consal, agentcy

I would like to know if it is leagal for a debt collecting agency can go forth with trying to garnish wages after agreeing to accept payments from a debt consollodation company? I would apprecate any help I could get, thanks

Debt consolidation companies are a scam.

You should've used the money you paid them to pay on your bills.
