I am the administrator of my uncles will in which he left me a mobile home that i nor anyone else wants. Am I legally responsible for that home ? I tried to sell it however the land owner basically wants it off her property which for me to do so would cost $3750 out of my own pocket. What are my rights, am i the responsible party? There are numerous nieces and nephews and a daughter-in-law too.
