We are in a development that has a deed restriction from the original developer and the township ( no association ). The restrictions are NO satelite dishes and NO campers, boats, trailers etc. I have from time to time brought my camper to prepare for a trip. I have been notified by the township that I am in violation of the deed restriction. After review of the development and the addendum, there is MULTIPLE satelite dishes and trailers, boats and the like in the development. After conversation with the township, they have decided they would only enforce large campers and that the dishes would not be enforced. Can they pick and choose what they will enforce and do I have a leg to stand on in relation to discrimination because my camper is "large"?
