A plumber installed a toilet for me in October. Recently it started leaking, he fixed it and then charged me $76 to repair what should have been fixed in the first place! I refused to pay him and he left angry.
They said the warranty is up after 90 days!
I don't know what to do, should I pay him and then file a complaint with the state or BBB, or should I wait on paying him and file the complaint?
I live in Florida.
