Hi I just entered into a deferred prosecution on Thursday for four charges (disorderly, DUI, trespassing, hit and run). Today I got a theft in the third degree charge. I just want to know if a revocation of the deferred prosecution is mandatory or if it's up to the judges/prosecutors discretion? Thank you.

The revocation process is usually begun by your PO. I suggest you reveal the incident to your PO as your terms of probation require.
