im a closing manager at a local domino's and i recently started working there again for the second time, going though my employee file i discovered a comment section where the store manager is allowed to leave comments about the progress of employees well my file was reactivated from the last time i worked there and on my comment section the manager wrote this
" came up to me and said since she had sunday off saturday would be her last day which is a two day notice. she is a piece of shit like her brother. Their mother should be proud to have done such a fine job raising them."

anyway i wasnt sure if this would hold up in court or not seeing as how it is attached to my employee file.
