Can someone out there help me? What is the difference between Notice of Motion and Objection? Also what is Article 78 from the Supreme Court?

objection means the judge or courts don't agree with something

a notice of motion means there was a motion filed in the courts and they are telling you or whoever about it and what is gonna take place like a court date or contempt of court or something like that
