I work for a large company , all of the employes are fed up with the owner.He swears at us constantly, calls us names, and degrades us in front of everyone. We have all had it and do not know what to do! It is a very hostile work environment.Everyone is at the point of walking out, but with the way the economy is right now, we have put up with it, but no longer will. All of us want to file a lawsuit against him, but are afraid of the consequences of no income. Any advice?
