I'm having trouble understanding a portion of the California Civil Code 1950.5 (f)."The inspection cannot be scheduled earlier than two weeks before the end of the tenancy or lease term."
My lease expired on April 30th and my inspection was done on April 15th. I'm confused by the use of earlier does that mean that my inspection was done too soon or were they in the right? It would make more since if they used within.
