What are your thoughts, reactions and reflections regarding with the recall of defective hip implants?

i had one in june of last year and i feel it click in and out,but they said it's not defective.

There are several lawsuits filed by patients in concern of this hip implants. Patients claims that after 3-4 years of implant, the device fail. These are the symptoms of a failed hip implant device:

hip or groin pain
swelling
difficulty of standing or walking etc..
