Desperate for advice

I am the single mother of a 4 year old. Her biological father has never attempted to establish paternity or be a part of her life. Also, his name is not on her birth certificate. He came to visit her only about six times her whole life. This was before she was eighteen months old. He has given me a total of about $600 over her lifetime. The last time I recieved anything from him was over a year ago. I haven't heard from him since November of 2005. I have allowed my daughter to visit his father every weekend since she was eighteen months old. He has made no attempt to visit her while she is there. His mother has seen her sporatically since she was six months old. I began letting her go and visit her around the time my child turned 2. He has seen her occasionally while she was at his mothers, but not in a fatherly role. My child is not even sure of his name. He makes no attempt to have her call me Daddy. He has never tried to establish any parental relationship with her. I want to know if he can come now and try and get rights to her or visitation with her.
