I have looked after my second cousin since her husband passed 2005, she passed a couple of weeks ago, there was a will made because she didn't have any children, my mother and myself were the beneficiaries, I could not find a copy of the will and just been told by a solicitor that her files have been destroyed there now is no will, there are five first cousins who now are the ones who will now be entitled to the estate, as I am a second cousin I will get nothing, these members of the family have not visited her helped her in any way although they knew her sight and hearing had failed, they also knew they were not originally in the will my cousin told them, this is not what my cousin wanted, is there anything that can be done or do they get everything

If a person wants to be assured that Bobbie gets his shotgun, and Maude his diamond ring, he should give it to them while he's still alive.

One of the 1st cousins could have destroyed the will, and is now sitting on the French Riviera with what should have been yours, mate.

Time for you to move on, do what the third little pig did, built a brick house, took in his two brothers, and outsmarted the Big Bad Wolf.

The world can be a very wicked place.
