My husband and I had a domestic violence issue. The police was called and Defacs got involved. When they came to ask me questions I was upset and spoke too much. I signed a safety plan which I didn't know I had to comply. I believed it was only options of what to do. I was staying with my parents and decided to move back home. I heard nothing from my case worked til recently and when I told her I was home. She said I broke the safety plan and she could take me to court. She said one of is had to move out. My husband moved out. My question is I haven't been able to get in touch with her. And I don't know what else she needs me to do. I would like my husband to move back in. Do I need an attorney to help my husband and I. So that he can come back home.

You need a copy of that safety plan that you signed at this point more than you need anything else.

I do have a copy of it. Do I need to do what it says? It said I was suppose to stay at my parents home and file a tpo

Yes. Yes you do. You need to follow it word for word. If it says you stand on your head for three minutes, I'd suggest doing so.
