Dhr nightmare

Immediate action and investigation is needed to my case against dhr for removing my daughter from my home last November related to my ex spouse sexually abusing her in June last year! While he continues to walk around three on an appeal after being found guilty in December 2015, my child remains in therapeutic inpatient foster care out of town despite progressive outpatient counseling for both my daughter and myself! We are daily being re-victimized and re-traumatized at the hands of DHR for the abusive behavior of her ex stepfather....we are NOT being treated justly and frankly our rights continue to be trampled on by dhr on a daily basis! Your attention to this matter is needed immediately!
As a mother I have done every single thing they have asked me to do and my daughter has also cooperated yet we cannot even get more than two hours of supervised visit three hours from home!
This kind of behavior by dhr sadly is NOT uncommon and is not only a detriment to our family but to our society as a whole!

This is not an attorney referral service, nor do competent attorneys troll message boards looking for clients.

If you need an attorney, I would suggest start with the phone book. DHR is a tough nut to crack, and being a state entity, they are entitled to protections that private citizens do not have.

Call a lawyer. They don't come to you - you have to find them. Read the disclaimer on this page as well.
