Hired BK Attorney as a back up to file BK in case my loan modification failed to complete priorto foreclosure date .Foreclosure under my ex husband's name yet his name is not on loan, nor his name on title or deed to house. BK attorney filed BK but failed to follow up with BK and notify me of court's request for other documents. BK dismissed and house foreclosed. Does BK attorney owe me a house?
