Sex Crimes, Sex Offenders Did I commit indecent exposure by changing in public?

I am an adult in MD (USA). Last week, I had entered my college class when I felt a sensation indicating that I had ripped the top my dress to the point where it would have shown my bra. I could not change after class because I had to attend to an emergency immediately afterwards. I had another top in my bag, so during class, I put the top on over the dress and then took the dress off through the neck hole of the top. I had leggings on also, and no one in the room noticed or complained. My question is, if I accidentally let my breast (which was fully covered by a non-revealing bra) show while doing this, does this make me guilty of indecent exposure (regardless of whether or not someone complained)? For the record, this was an emergency situation and not standard practice. Thank you!

Unless and until you're arrested, charged with a crime, and eventually CONVICTED or plead guilty of same, NO, you aren't a criminal.

However, neither are you a genius, with your silly, sophomorish hypothetical.

Nice try, but I am able to clearly see through the fog!!!!

I am reminded of a series of posts from a gentleman who had an obsession with whether or not he may have exposed his penis in a number of hypothetical situations, many of which were unlikely to the point of absurdity to have happened. Let us not go down this same trail.

I remember those.

Questions like those and this one are written either by trolls or morons.

In this case, a successful troll because she has succeeded in getting us to discuss it and she isn't likely to be back. LOL.

No. Showing a "fully covered" breast is not indecent exposure. That you would be worried about this - especially given that "no one . . . noticed or complained" - suggests a level of paranoia so great that a visit to a mental health professional might be appropriate.
