Did not know what was going on?

About a year ago i came out to new mexico to visit my brother. when i was out here i seen him hauling scrap copper off to scrap yard and i made the comment that you would get more money for stripping it. he told me to talk to his boss about it and i did. i made a deal with his boss that if i stripped it for them then i would get paid. so i agreed and begun doing work. about 4 months later come to find out that my brothers boss was not supposed to be hauling the scrap off and him and my brother lost there jobs. now almost a year later they arrest me for possesion of stolen property and conspiracy. i am at a loss on what i should do because i have not even been asked what happened or any thing. please some one tell me what i should do?

First thing to do is get a lawyer.

They didn't arrest you just for the heck of it. They apparently have some information that suggests you were actively involved in the scheme. You likely either knew, or should have known, that you were dealing with stolen property... or at least that is what they will argue.
