I am a college student if Florida. I live in a privately owned dorm where many students from many colleges stay. At the privately owned dorm they charge a higher rate if you go to one of the schools (which is the one I go to). So I pay significantly more than my friends who attend another university (almost $200 a month more) . I wanted to know if this is legal. Is this not a form of discrimination?
