My ex is on disablity from work and I am wondering if I can still get child support from him,, he makes as much being on disability as I do woking full time.. Thanks

hello to answer your? the answer is yes..i am also disable i to got hurt at work and been out of work for 2 years now..and my mother has my child and she took me to court for childsupport and they order me to pay 200 a month pluss 13.000 in back ..and i only det 800 a month from worrkers comp hope this helps
