Arrest, Search, Seizure, Warrant disclosure of arrest on law school app

Hi, I'm applying for law school and unfortunately when I was younger I was arrested for petty theft. I have since then not been in trouble with the law and have gotten record clearance. On my application, do I have to disclose my arrest or can I say that I was never arrested?

I was not a minor, I was 18.
