Consumer Law, Warranties Disclosures in Real Estate Contracts

Hi I recently bought a Double Wide Trailer in Gladys (Campbell County) Virginia. I closed in early June of 2008. I have recently discovered that the plumbing is Quest Tubing. There was a class action suit concerning this product tha was won but it has "expired" as of 2004. Since there wasn't a disclosure about this in my contract do I have any legal recourse to get the tubing replace from either the seller or the real estate company?

I have the same problem. Did you find anything out. I was told to find the lawyers that handled the suit and check and see if the previous owners were notified. If so then they are ultimately responsible (this is what I was told as they did not disclose the problem). I have gone to my escrow company, now the place that handled the sale. I need to find out who handled the suit.
