I got a summons from the broward county court for a suit against me from Discover card for non-payment of a credit card bill of over $6000. How do I submit to the court that I will pay the attornies who are representing discover card? Please let me know. Thanks.

You need to contact the law firm that is representing Discover. It would be up to them to then drop the court case.
