Discrimination from a university

I have been a student at a University establishment for the past year, and during my time there I never felt as though I was acknowledged as a serious student. The problems came when one particular lecturer did not like me because i held different opinions to him in my work, and was constantly marked at a low grade by him alone, whilst other lecturers liked my style of writing etc.
I frequently complained about the level of teaching on the course, and as a result feel as though i am now being punished for it.
I recently submitted my dissertation in, to the man who has never really taken a shine to time, knowing fine well I would not get the mark I deserve, however, I never thought that they would go this far. I recently became the first Black Female president of a Legal Establishment, and an article was done on me in my local newspaper. I forwarded a copy to the lecturers whom I thought would be pleased for me and in return I got no reply.
As a result a week later I started receiving emails from another lecturer telling me I was being done for plagiarism and that he had tried to contact me via letter, at my home address on the 6th of October. No letter was received and as a result told him this. I have tried to make several appointments t discuss the matter but they cannot al make the appointments. In addition, I still have not received the papers. I recently got an email from him telling me he was working with the library as some of the stuff was obscure. I am still waiting two months later, and would like to know if I would have grounds to bring a case of discrimination against them?
I feel as though had I of not sent the email telling them how well I was doing, I would not have been suffering today. I am currently on the BVC and the stress from that is phenomenal, never mind having this hanging over my head as well.

Could you please advise?

Have you addressed this with the correct people (such as the head of the department your program is part of and the Provost?) Further, has the Dean of Students been made aware of what is going on? Have you pursued this with an independent panel in the school/department as well? These are the first steps you have to take before you take any legal action.
