Can I sue someone (a manager of a dental facility) that said to my son that she was sorry that he has this type of mom, just because we refused to get recommended service?

You can sue anyone you want.

But, to prevail, many things are required.

One of those things you must show is called damages.

Based on what you say, you have no damages.

What was said, could be considered rude, unprofessional, and impolite.

But, the law has no remedies for those that are uncouth.
