so, there's this mad mex in pittsburgh. and when my bf and i go out to it, he's not permitted to drink, because i'm not old enough. now, i'm not trying to order drinks, i just order water, then they ask to see my ID. i don't even drink. well, the other day he went to that same mad mex, and got served drinks, no questions asked, with his best friend ryan, who is 17. i'm 20.
can we sue for discrimination? do you think we have a plausible/winnable case?
i'm just curious about it. we've been there several times and whenever i'm there he's never allowed to have a drink, but if he goes with his friend ryan, there's no problem.
