Discrimination of nonunion workers by union members in an open shop

I work in an institution where the union identifies its members by placing a sticker next to each member's name on their mailbox. In so doing, it is very apparent who is in the union and who is out. Is this a form of discrimination or harassment?

What makes you think it could be?
 
do you feel that you are being harrassed for being identified as a union member, i think that seems to be your concern, if i am understanding correctly
