I work for a communication company for over 7 years. I was 1 of the 20 people that was apart of a huge investigation within the company. After the investigation was completed a manager & director was fired and a supervisor was demoted. Every since I spoke out and told the truth I have been single out and discriminated against. I was told by one manager that he will roll me out of the door & not to say anything when it happens. Another manager made a comment about me she called me ghetto and that "she has 3 words to describe me" while trying to whisper in another manager ear but several people heard her including myself. A supervisor told the manager that the comment she made was very unprofessional. A month or so later a supervisor had a meeting an told the whole department if were not happy with our shift there is other opportunities & not with this company an there was a manager present and he did not say anything or correct her. The supervisor is very new and I have worked 4 the company for over 7 years. I'm very stressed and having a hard time interacting with my family, eating and sleeping. I.
consistently play back the threats in my head. Should I seek legal help this is not a healthy environment I'm working in.

Nothing that you have described meets the definition of illegal harassment or discrimination.

Unless you are receiving adverse treatment BECAUSE OF a characteristic protected by law (race, religion, national origin etc.) poor treatment is not illegal.
