A person works at a children's home and it's employees consist of couples and singles. If two singles decide to get intimate and there is conception. One of those singles intimately involved leaves their job but the other stays. Now the rumor starts that the single left behind has a baby coming with a former worker. Am i able to bring to court anyone responsible for the start of the rumor? And can the work place or administration fire someone for being intimate with another worker when the intimate action was mutual?

You cannot sue because childish people start rumors.

It is common (and legal) for employers to not want employees who work closely together, or where one is under the supervision of another, to be related (or otherwise "like related").

As my g-pa used to say, you pays your money, you makes your choice.
