disgruntle employee saying I tipped employee drug tests

A past employee that was fired for a positive drug test recently tried to file for unemployment and was denied. The unemployment office then took a recorded statement in which he said that I was alerting employees of the drug test(s) they would be taking soon. I don't know what ramifications I should expect? I did not do this! Someone please help me figure out what to do next? And what I should expect to see happening?

If you were telling people about the drug tests then I would think he is a fool for coming up dirty-- If you never did it then just tell the truth -- -- *I would not do any thing until you get confrunted about it , just tell them the truth -state the fact that if you telling everyone then no one should have came up dirty .
