Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Disordely Conduct / Under the Influence

I was walking out of a bar last weekend and as soon as I walk out the bar this cop grabs me and throws me in the patrol car. I start talking hella shit cuz I'm drunk. He takes me to jail and wont tell me what the charge is. I was pounding on the door for hella long and finally they told me it was public intoxication, disordely conduct.

The guy in the intake also told me I threatend the cops life. I dont remember saying that but I might have. They gave me a court date and I had to sign a promise to apear.

My court paperwork says Disordely Conduct/UDI-Drugs

1st I don't even do drugs they never gave me any type of test.

Can they put me in jail for this charge? Can they charge me with threatening a cops life? I don't even remember saying it.

I just don't want to get down to court and have them put me in jail and then have to miss work again cuz I might get fired if I miss again.

Yes, they can put you in jail for the charge. Will they? I don't know. Can they charge you with threatening the cops life even if you blacked out that part? Yes. . . but it appears that they didn't and won't.

I'm in California and I just called an attorney he's supposed to call back today or tomorrow.

I have 2 prior misdamenors for similar things. 1 is a batery and the other is resisting arrest.

My main problem is I am supposed to join the Navy and I cant have this on my record. I go to talk to the recruiter today.
