Criminal Law disorderly person and applying for green card.

hi,i was caught for shoplifting ,and my lawyer plea bargain for disorderly person and i am on probation for oneyear .Iam on H-4 visa.I received my labour certificaton few days ago for green card.PLEASE HELP ME and tell me my original case ( shoplifting) or a disorderly conduct can effect my green card.waiting for ur reply PLEASE HELP ME.thanxx

Shoplifting is a big NO when it comes to a greencard. It's a CIMT and grounds inadmissibility. Sorry to say. Check the statutes to see if you qualify under the "CIMT exception".... The waiver for criminal grounds is not available to you since you're not an immediate relative.
