Dispute with sibling

A few months ago my sister and family tried to tell me I abuse my wife, children, etc...which is not true and verifiable through several people. When my wife and I refused to be taken over by her and her husbands accusations, the situation exploded...threats of CPS and and "take her to court" to get my stuff...she has a Sony Hdd camera, a Yamaha keyboard, stand, Nintendo, games DVDs...and owes us $300 that was loaned for a graduation. She refuses to let me get my stuff and threatens with various things. She has declared me dead...I just want my stuff...she rants how if i contact her again its harrassment.....all I want is a relationship, or if I am dead, my stuff...she has dealt with civil rights alot because of her kids so I am more intimidated than I should be by her threats...any help would be awesome!

Why not speak to the police about meeting you there (at her place) to allow you 10 minutes ot get your stuff?

You will need proof its your stuff.

Or, forget this madness, and live your life without that stuff.

Is it worth your happiness?

Anyway, not very much you can do, short of spending $5,000 to hire a lawyer to get your $500 worth of stuff back.

Live and learn, live and learn, don't loan stuff.

Thank you do your advice. We do have receipts for every item she has...it's more frustrating because of the hurt she has caused my family, we are getting closer to letting it go every day. Merry Christmas!
