I would like your advice. My father died last Feb 26. Prior to his death, he stated that his gun collection was to be divided among his grandsons. At that time, he had four grandsons. He has three daughters. On October 27, a fifth grandson was born. We are now trying to divide the gun collection. Should it be divided among the four grandsons or should it be five grandsons, even though he was not aware of the fifth one because he was conceived in the month of his death. My mother thinks it should be all five boys. But other people think it should only be the four that he was aware of at the time when he made his request. We do not want to cause family problems, but we want it to be fair to all.
