FROM CHICAGO I have a question about what my brother should do in his situation.
He has been married for the last 11 years to his wife. They now have 2 children. They have been having problems going back two years. She has filed complaints against him in the court of law as well as he has too for domestic violence. She recently moved out of the house and took the kids with her. My brother also had suspicions of her infedelity, since she wouldn't come home til the next day. Now he has some prove that she has been unfaithful. My brother wants to have custody of the kids because she drops the kids off at his house now everyday, coming up with every other excuse. My brother knows that she drops them off so she can go see her lover. She also chooses to come pick up the kids passed midnight on school days. Is there anything that He can do to get full custody of his children. Also can she receive alimony if she has been unfaithful to him. They are not divorced yet! And what kind of prove does he need to prove infidelity?
