I have filed uncontested divorce against my x husband , it was filed in 11/2012 , we had no property togather and no kids togather , no custody issues were there , he had left me and USA about 1 yr ago ( before I filed the case) , It was filed in queens county of NY , still it is in process and on 12/12/13 the court has asked for finding of fact and conclusion of law / judgment of divorce , which my lawyer has submitted . My question is how long it will take after this all for the decision to come?
