Divorce from out of country / state of reidencd

If a person not living in Guam obtains a Guam divorce and did not and had no intension of meeting the requirements to get the decree. would that divorce be deemed invalid.

Why don't you run it by a divorce attorney to be on the safe side. Someone else may come along here & have some additional info for you.
