me and my husband were married in 2003 and in oct 2007 we seperated and i havent seen him since i want to get a divorce . what can i do if i dont know where he is.

You can still file for divorce, but you will probably have to serve him by publication if you can't find him. Here's a link to the Florida courts' self-help service. You can read about the process, and find where to go for help here:
