can my spouse get a divorce here in florida without my agreement. What are my rights when she has been seeing another guy for the past 2 months after we lost the house. Now she moved in with him and taken the kids because he has talk her into leaving me. I still love my wife and kids and still give them money and pay our bills. What can I do to stop this from happening. This is not right when we have kids and she is a married woman. Can a divorce be final when I am doing everything I can to save my marriage.

If you have not been served then there is no pending Divorce
you cannotforce your wife to stay married to you. You cannot stop the divorce. Focus on getting as much visitation and rights to your kids. Has either of you filed for divorce? You do not have to give her any money until the courts order it. You also do not need her permission to see the kids. I do not agree with her moving in with another guy and exposing the kids to the nonsense but there may not be anything you can do about it.
