Divorce or Annulment? And how? Please help!!!

My husband: a Chinese citizen with a Chinese passport, an H1B holder, got his PHD in the US and has started working in MO since Aug 2008. He is still in the US.
Me: a Chinese citizen with a Chinese passport, holding a B2 visa which expired on July 26 2010. I'm now in China.

We got married in Oct 2009 in Las Vegas and 10 days later I came back to China. So it's been over 1 year since we physically separated after our marriage. More important, we didn't have sex after marriage, so is it possible to annul our marriage? If not, how can we get divorced asap? We have no kids or property split issue. Please help, thanks!!!

You have a very, very big problem.

I don't know anything about Chinese law.

You need to consult a Chinese attorney.

As a Chinese national, your US marriage might NOT be recognized by your government.

If the marriage is legal, you'll have an almost impossible and costly task of serving him, before you can divorce him.

That can be costly.

You need an attorney.

You might want to contact him and and get to agree to the divorce.
